Its inaugural act was the acquisition of CryptoPunks, the proto-NFT collection that started it all, with a mandate to build the permanent institutional home the collection had always deserved.
I joined NODE to help shape what that meant: working across strategy, exhibition design, and production from the Foundation's earliest days through the opening of 10,000.

NODE opened its doors within a year with 10,000 was the first exhibition devoted entirely to the CryptoPunks collection. It opened January 2026 at NODE's permanent space in Palo Alto, drawing over 1,000 visitors a day across its run. Artist-led by Matt Hall and John Watkinson, the show presents CryptoPunks as a living artwork, a self-running system in which every offer, bid, sale, and transfer is both an economic event and an aesthetic one. I worked across exhibition design and production, including artist management and curatorial support through the full arc, from early development to opening.
Editorial work spanned the full scope of the project, from defining NODE's mission and institutional voice to exhibition texts and public communications.
